CLDN1
CLDN1，全稱Claudin-1，是一種重要的緊密連接蛋白，在維持細胞間屏障功能方面發揮著關鍵作用。它主要參與形成細胞間的緊密連接結構，調節細胞旁通透性，以及維持上皮細胞和內皮細胞層的細胞間黏附。CLDN1在多種組織中表達，包括皮膚、肺、胃、腎臟等。其異常表達與多種疾病的發生發展相關，如魚鱗病、白細胞空泡、脫發、硬化性膽管炎綜合征、頭頸鱗狀細胞癌、肝細胞癌、結直腸癌、胃癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌和甲狀腺癌等。目前，針對CLDN1的藥物研發取得了一定的進展，例如Alentis Therapeutics開發的靶向CLDN1的單抗ALE.C04，以及雙特異性抗體ASP1002等，均處于臨床試驗階段，顯示出在腫瘤治療和器官纖維化疾病治療方面的潛力。
