GLP1R
GLP1R，全稱為胰高血糖素樣肽-1受體，是調節血糖的重要因子。它廣泛分布于胰島β細胞、胃、小腸、心臟、腎臟、肺等組織器官中。當GLP1R被胰高血糖素樣肽-1（GLP-1）或人工合成的GLP-1R激動劑激活后，能夠促進胰島素分泌，抑制胰高血糖素分泌，減緩胃腸動力，增加飽腹感，從而發揮多種生理功能。GLP1R蛋白也被稱為GLP-1受體的別名。近年來，GLP1R受體激動劑成為治療2型糖尿病和肥胖癥的重要藥物靶點，如司美格魯肽、利拉魯肽等。目前，全球范圍內已有多種GLP-1R激動劑藥物獲批上市，為患者提供了更多的治療選擇。此外，GLP1R受體激動劑在治療非酒精性脂肪性肝炎、阿爾茨海默病等疾病方面也展現出一定的潛力。隨著對GLP1R蛋白研究的深入，其作用機制和臨床應用將得到進一步拓展。

The Binding Activity of GLP1R with anti-GLP1R antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human GLP1R(CSB-MP009514HUb1) at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-GLP1R recombinant antibody, the EC50 is 54.54-94.23 ng/mL.
Untransfected HEK-293T cells surface (green line) and transfected Human GLP1R HEK-293T stable cells surface (red line) were stained with anti-GLP1R antibody (2μg/1*106cells), washed and then followed by FITC-conjugated anti-Human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed with flow cytometry.
